So, you are supporting a puppy mill. Nice work there, bucko. http://www.stoppuppymills.orghttp://www.pbrc.net/breeding3.html
You let a dog out to go potty when they need to go. For a pup from such a horrible background with such low quality bloodlines, there is no way to know how often he will need. He may never cry, or he may cry all the time.
I'd tell you to talk with your "breeder" about it, but they won't know crap. Anyone breeding mutts (and selling them WAY TOO YOUNG) really shouldn't be trusted anyway.
Shame on you guys for supporting these kinds of people.

It is cocka-poo, and people need to stop being so judgmental!
If your not going to answer and help then don't reply!
Puppies will need to go out every hour for how many months they are old.
If you are crate training and the crate is the appropriate size for the puppy, she should be able to make it through the night with out having to go. Her metabolism will slow down and she won't need to go, plus she will not want to mess in her den.
Just make sure taking her out is the last thing you do before bed and take her out immediately when she wakes up.
It best to keep a schedule, don't let her whine her way out of the crate, it' a bad habit to break!

Congratulations on getting ripped off, providing back yard breeders with money, and contributing to the designer dog problem.
Yes, your new mutt puppy will need to go out every two hours because their bladders are small. They need to go out every hour for as many months as they are old. A two month old will need to go out every two hours, a 4 month old every 4 hours, up until they are 7 months old.

Why are you guys saying the dog is from a puppy mill? We had a cockapoo growing up and she did not come from a mill.
To answer the question. A puppy will need to relieve itself about 15 minutes after eating or drinking. So, if it ate or drank before you crated it, it will need to go out. Most dogs do not like to "go" where they sleep. So given the opportunity, they won't.
