Then he look at me then look where he was about 2 go then back at me then take off running. I’m scared 1 day he might get hit by a car. I need 2 know how 2 train him not 2.

First off, when you are giving a command you do not use baby talk- the tone you tell a dog to do something is important. If you want them to listen you need to have a stearn tone in a normal voice. A training class can help with your confidence.
As for the actual training so your dog doesn’t bolt- you should have him on a leash and have a spot near the door (not too close) and have him sit, have someone go out or come in and praise him for sitting. You may want to continue doing this with other things, such as feeding time. Having him sit, then wait, then you tell him “okay” or “free” to free him from the wait command. My dogs both “wait” just inside the doorway but back aways- where they sit to wait for us to enter. If you always make him sit and wait until the door is closed, he will be less likely to charge the door when it opens.

It takes time, patience and consistency to train any dog. First never call a dog to you and then punish it. It will learn not to come to you. Coming to you must always be a positive experience.
Get yourself a bag of treats and call your dog to you. Everytime it comes to you on command give it a treat. Repeat that over and over, day after day and the dog will come when called.
It is also possible that your dog does not consider you to be the pack leader. Establish yourself as pack leader in a number of ways. First off you control the food. When you feed your dog. Make the dog sit stay. Then put the bowl of food down but do not let the dog break the sit stay. After a brief wait release the dog with whatever command you want to use. I say all done.
One of the best ways to establish yourself as pack leader is on your daily walks with your dog. Do not let the dog walk in front of you. Make it walk even with you or slightly behind. Don’t let it stop to smell things just walk. You are in control, you decide which way to turn, how fast to walk etc. I guarantee you that if you practise those two things every day for a month your dog will come when you call it. It will probably take less than a week. If you are serious feel free to email me and I’ll give you some information to read.

Well your mutt needs to be taken to obedience classes, first off. That’s highly recommended.
Next off, read a few dog training books, or consult some websites via google.http://dogbreedinfo.com/care.htmhttp://petvideo.comhttp://freedogtraininginfo.com/free-dog-…
Also, is he neutered yet? Besides the fact that you need to do it [It's very important], dogs have a lesser chance of running away when they’re neutered. I think the number was… 76% of dogs hit by cars were /not/ neutered.

You need to train the dog not to go through the door until you say it’s ok.
I trained my dog not to go through a doorway, either in or out, unless he hears my cue first. This way, the dog won’t bolt through the door every time it opens.
Every time you take him through the doorway (on lead), give him the cue word you want to use, using different cues for In and Out.
My own cue words are German, so they don’t sound like anything else, which may mistakenly cue my dog to go through the doorway.
After the dog associates the cue with going through the door, you can start making him wait for the cue word, before you let him go through.

Do you mean Cockatoo? You should ask this in the birds section.
Or are you referring to a mutt? If so, take your mutt to obedience class and work on a reliable recall with a trainer. I also suggest putting up a baby gate so your dog cannot get to the door.
