Is It Normal For 10-12 Week Puppies To Nip At New People They See?

Just got a new cockapoo puppy, he is 11 wks, and nips at new people he meets… with christmas coming, so are a lot of people who are going to want to pet him… he doesnt hurt them but will he bite when he is older? is this affecting his training? please help, thanks!

    yea they just want the new persons attention and they want to agnolage their existance so they will have more play mates
