He is "house-trained" only for the last house that you lived in. You'll need to start over in this new house, but don't despair because it will go faster this time. Supervise him 100% of the time and do not allow him the run of the house. Use a crate or babygate him into the kitchen if you can't watch him. Make sure he knows how to signal to tell you he needs to go out. Dogs do not generalize well, so you may think he's house-trained in every house when he only knew that skill in one house. Pick up the matching rugs and don't put them back down until the house-training is done. If he's peeing by the doors, it means he doesn't know how to let you know he needs to go out.

Either he's marking his place or he has a bladder infection and needs to go to the vet.

Maybe it's because his scent isn't on it anymore because it's a different house and he might be marking it

It's because it doesn't have his smell on it, so he feels as though he has to mark it. Dogs will also do that with new furniture. Good luck
